Is it really unlimited?
Yes. Submit as many as you like. We deliver one finished piece every ~2 business days, working through your queue in order — faster when we have the capacity.
How fast is the first design?
Set up your brand details first — it takes under 15 minutes — and your first design arrives about 2 business days after you submit it.
What if I don't like a design?
Ask for changes as many times as you need — revisions are unlimited within the original request. And if we still can't get it right, the Golden Rule Guarantee means you get your money back.
Can several staff submit requests?
Yes. Everyone on your team uses your church's private portal link, so pastors, office staff and volunteers can all add to the same queue. Treat the link like a password and share it only with people you trust.
Who owns the designs?
You do. Once you approve a final design, it's yours to use for your church. A few designs include stock photos or fonts licensed through Canva; those stay under Canva's license terms.
Do you print anything?
No — we're design only. Every piece comes as high-resolution PNG, JPG, SVG or PDF files you can send straight to your printer or print shop.
What isn't included?
Building or maintaining websites (we do design graphics for them), video production, full rebrands, and physical printing. Not sure about something? Ask us before you submit.
How do I cancel?
Email hello@manna-designs.com any time. There's no contract and no cancellation fee — you won't be billed again after your current month, and your delivered files stay downloadable for 30 days.
